Once again, Forbes magazine has published the Forbes Diamonds 2023 list. This time the list features a record-breaking 11,000 distinguished companies, a large number of them from the small- and medium-sized segment. This proved their flexibility and ability to make things happen in what turned out to be a very difficult year.

The ranking follows the Swiss evaluation method, looking at company assets and income to give the pride of place to the enterprise that displays the best growth dynamic.
